By using Biratnagar Resale, you agree to use the marketplace honestly, lawfully, and respectfully.
Account rules
Users must provide truthful signup information and may be manually reviewed before full posting access is approved. Fake identities, misleading details, or duplicate abusive accounts may be removed.
Listing rules
Listings must describe real items honestly. You must not post stolen goods, prohibited items, illegal services, misleading student materials, or content that infringes on another person’s rights.
Moderation rights
Biratnagar Resale may approve, reject, edit for clarity, or remove accounts and listings that appear unsafe, misleading, abusive, or unrelated to the marketplace.
Transactions
The platform helps users discover listings and contact each other, but the final transaction is between buyer and seller. Users are responsible for inspection, payment decisions, delivery arrangements, and local legal compliance.
Contact and conduct
Users must not harass, threaten, spam, impersonate, or misuse another user’s contact details. Chat access is intended only for genuine marketplace communication.
Platform updates
Features, categories, moderation standards, and account requirements may change over time to improve safety and usability for the Biratnagar community.
